Subject : Schedule of DNB CET (2015 January Admission Session)
DNB CET will be conducted from 27th November to 29th November 2014.
 
Time of Examination:
The Time Schedule for the Forenoon and Afternoon Session is as under:

Total Examination Duration is 3 hours 15 Minutes which includes a mandatory 15 minutes Tutorial. The tutorial provides a series of screens that will orient the candidate to computer based testing
The question paper comprises of 200 single response type MCQs to be attempted in a maximum of 3 hours. Even if a candidate goes through the tutorial in less than 15 minutes, the maximum time for attempting the question paper will remain 3 hours. Candidates are accordingly advised to go through the tutorial carefully.
Reporting Time

The candidate should arrive at the Reporting counter at least one hour before the commencement of test i.e. 9:00am for the morning session and 02.15 PM for the afternoon session. This allows for security checks, identity verification, image capture, bio-metric capture etc. The reporting counter will close 30 minutes prior to the test start time.
Candidates may note that they will not be allowed entry to the test centre after 09.30 AM for the morning session and 2.45PM for the afternoon session of the test.
Late Entry / Early Exit is not permitted.
 
Documentary requirement on testing day.

Candidates MUST bring to the test centre the following documents:
Printed copy of the Admit Card with a photograph of the candidate pasted on it. The photograph has to be self attested. Attestation by a gazetted officer is not required.
  AND
Photocopy of Permanent and Provisional SMC/MCI registration* which will be retained by the test centre
  AND
Any one of the authorized photo IDs**(must be original, valid and non-expired)
PAN CARD
Driving Licence
Voter ID
Passport

*Candidates who have obtained their Primary medical Qualification outside India and do not have SMC/MCI registration should bring their original screening test pass certificate issued by NBE on its letterhead.
**The name on the photo identification must match with the name as shown on the Admit card. If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage, candidate must show the relevant document mentioned below at the time of test.

Candidates without valid ID proof shall not be allowed to enter the examination premises. Expired documents or photocopies will not be admitted as proof of identity.
 
General Instructions

Possession/Use of mobile phones/Electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the premises of NBE Examination Centers. Candidates shall be liable for penal action for Possession/ Use of Mobil phones/ Electronic devices.
Friends or relatives accompanying the candidates will not be allowed entry in the examination centre under any circumstances and will not be allowed to contact the candidate while the examination process is ongoing.
Candidates are required to maintain decorum in the examination premises.
The conduct of examination will be under CCTV surveillance.
Candidates registering and / or appearing in DNB CET are governed by Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Violation of NDA shall be viewed very seriously and action as deemed fit by NBE shall be taken against such candidates.
